Job summary

Fresh Tech is actively hiring a Level 1 Installation Technician to join our AVL team. You will install audio, video, lighting, control, and networking systems for churches across western PA, reading design drawings and collaborating with Level 2 Technicians and Site Leads.

Qualifications

• Hands-on AVL installation experience with integrator or church AV team.
• Ability to read system drawings, rack elevations, and design documentation.
• Working knowledge of signal flow in audio/video systems.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools.
• Detail-oriented with focus on quality and pace.

Responsibilities

• Install AVL systems in houses of worship, including audio, video, lighting, control, and networking.
• Pull, dress, terminate, and label AVL and network cabling to standards.
• Mount and install speakers, displays, lighting fixtures, and AV equipment.
• Read design drawings, rack elevations, and signal flow diagrams.
• Build and wire equipment racks in shop or on site.
