Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations in the United States (Firestone Complete Auto Care) is seeking an entry-level Maintenance Technician to join a collaborative service team. You will diagnose and repair basic automotive systems, perform routine maintenance, and contribute to a high-standard customer experience.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks and work with tools.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times.
• Experience in automotive service industry is preferred.
• Reading, writing, and math skills required.

Responsibilities

• Learn to diagnose and repair basic automotive systems (brakes, alignments, suspensions).
• Perform oil changes and scheduled maintenance services.
• Install and perform tire maintenance and related components.
• Install batteries, shock absorbers, and check electrical systems.
• Road test vehicles to ensure proper operation.
