Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join the Firestone Complete Auto Care team. This entry-level role offers full and part-time schedules and benefits from day one, including a tool program and ASE certifications to support career growth.

You will learn to diagnose and repair basic automotive systems, perform routine maintenance, and service tires and batteries while upholding safety and quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Must have a valid automobile driver’s license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Experience in automotive service industry preferred.
• Reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair basic automotive systems including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical.
• Change oil and perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Install and maintain tires, batteries, and shock absorbers.
• Road test vehicles.
