Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking an entry-level Maintenance Technician to join our Firestone Complete Auto Care team. You will be part of a supportive crew servicing vehicles, with full and part-time benefits starting from day one and access to tool programs and ASE certifications.

The position pays hourly and offers a range for ongoing learning and growth in automotive service. Pay ranges between $13.20 and $19.80 per hour, reflecting full-time and part-time shifts.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Experience in automotive service industry preferred.
• Reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn how to diagnose and repair basic automotive systems including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical.
• Change oil and perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Install and perform tire maintenance.
• Install batteries, shock absorbers, and check electrical systems.
