Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking an entry-level Maintenance Technician to join our Firestone Complete Auto Care team in the United States. This role offers full and part-time benefits from day one, including a tool program and ongoing training.

The position pays a range of $12.54–$18.81 per hour, with opportunities for ASE certifications and career development within a large, customer-focused organization.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Experience in automotive service industry preferred.
• Reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair basic automotive issues including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical.
• Change oil and/or perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Install and perform tire maintenance.
• Install batteries, shock absorbers, and check electrical systems.
• Road test vehicles.
