Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking an entry-level Maintenance Technician to join the Firestone Complete Auto Care team in Nashville, TN. You will assist in diagnosing and repairing basic automotive systems, perform routine maintenance, tire care, and electrical checks as part of a collaborative crew.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Experience in automotive service industry preferred.
• Reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn how to diagnose and repair basic automotive including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical.
• Change oil and/or perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Install and perform tire maintenance.
• Install batteries, shock absorbers, and check electrical systems.
• Road test vehicles.

Skills

Ability to learn basic mechanical task
