Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) in Nashville, TN is seeking an entry-level Maintenance Technician to join a collaborative team at Firestone Complete Auto Care. You will learn to diagnose and repair basic automotive systems, perform routine maintenance, and support tire services.

This role offers full- and part-time schedules from day one benefits, training and opportunities to earn ASE certifications, and a path to grow within a global automotive service leader.

Qualifications

• Learn how to diagnose and repair basic automotive systems including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Experience in automotive service industry preferred.
• Reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn how to diagnose and repair basic automotive including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical.
• Change oil and/or perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Install and perform tire maintenance.
• Install batteries, shock absorbers, and check electrical systems.
• Road test vehicles.
