Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) invites applications for an entry-level Maintenance Technician to join our Firestone Complete Auto Care team in Nashville, TN. You will diagnose and repair basic automotive systems, perform routine maintenance, and contribute to tire and battery service, with on-the-job training provided.

The role emphasizes safety, learning, and teamwork, with full-time and part-time options and benefits from day one, including tuition for ASE certifications and career

Qualifications

  • Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
  • Experience in automotive service industry preferred.
  • Reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsibilities

  • Learn how to diagnose and repair basic automotive including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical.
  • Change oil and/or perform scheduled maintenance services.
  • Install and perform tire maintenance.
  • Install batteries, shock absorbers, and check electrical systems.
  • Road test vehicles.
