Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations is seeking an entry-level Maintenance Technician to join our team. You will learn to diagnose and repair basic automotive systems, perform oil changes, tire maintenance, and install batteries and shocks while ensuring customer safety and satisfaction.

The role offers full and part-time benefits from day one, including tool program discounts, medical/dental/vision coverage, paid vacation, and opportunities for ASE certifications through on-the-job training.

Qualifications

  • Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
  • Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
  • Experience in automotive service industry preferred.
  • Reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsibilities

  • Learn how to diagnose and repair basic automotive systems including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical.
  • Change oil and/or perform scheduled maintenance services.
  • Install and perform tire maintenance.
  • Install batteries, shock absorbers, and check electrical systems.
  • Road test vehicles.
