Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations is hiring an entry-level Maintenance Technician to join a dynamic team servicing vehicles. This role offers full and part-time options from day one, with benefits including a tool program and paid holidays.

Pay range is posted to reflect entry-level responsibilities. Primary duties include diagnosing basic automotive issues, performing routine maintenance, tire care, and electrical system checks.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Experience in automotive service industry preferred.
• Reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn how to diagnose and repair basic automotive including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical.
• Change oil and/or perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Install and perform tire maintenance.
• Install batteries, shock absorbers, and check electrical systems.
• Road test vehicles.

Skills

Basic mechanical aptitude
