Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking an entry-level Maintenance Technician to join our team servicing vehicles. You’ll learn to diagnose and repair basic automotive systems, perform routine maintenance, and support tire and battery services.

This role offers full-time benefits from day one, flexible scheduling, and opportunities to earn ASE certifications through on-the-job training.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Must have a valid automobile driver’s license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Experience in automotive service industry preferred.
• Reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn how to diagnose and repair basic automotive including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical.
• Change oil and/or perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Install and perform tire maintenance.
• Install batteries, shock absorbers, and check electrical systems.
• Road test vehicles.
