Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations is hiring an entry-level Maintenance Technician to be part of a collaborative team servicing vehicles. You will contribute to diagnosing and repairing basic automotive systems, performing scheduled maintenance, tire care, and battery/electrical checks.

The role offers full- and part-time options with benefits from day one, a competitive hourly rate within the stated range, and opportunities for on-the-job training and ASE certifications.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Experience in automotive service industry preferred.
• Reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn how to diagnose and repair basic automotive systems including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical.
• Change oil and/or perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Install and perform tire maintenance.
• Install batteries, shock absorbers, and check electrical systems.
• Road test vehicles.
