Job summary

Bridgestone Americas is seeking an entry-level Maintenance Technician to join the Firestone Complete Auto Care team. You’ll be part of a supportive group servicing vehicles, with opportunities for growth and day-one benefits.

Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical systems, performing scheduled maintenance, tire service, and road testing. We offer full and part-time options and a competitive pay range.

Qualifications

• Learn basic automotive diagnostics and repair including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Experience in automotive service industry preferred.
• Reading, writing and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn how to diagnose and repair basic automotive including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical.
• Change oil and/or perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Install and perform tire maintenance.
• Install batteries, shock absorbers, and check electrical systems.
• Road test vehicles.
