Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking an entry-level Maintenance Technician to join our Firestone Complete Auto Care team. You will service vehicles as part of a supportive crew, with full- and part-time benefits available from day one.

The advertised pay range is $12.54 to $18.81 per hour, reflecting starting compensation for this role. We offer formal training, tools and eligibility for ASE certifications, and a path of growth within a global automotive brand.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Experience in automotive service industry preferred.
• Reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn how to diagnose and repair basic automotive including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical.
• Change oil and/or perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Install and perform tire maintenance.
• Install batteries, shock absorbers, and check electrical systems.
• Road test vehicles.
