Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking an entry-level Maintenance Technician to join our Firestone Complete Auto Care team. You will be part of a mission to service vehicles with a focus on safety and quality.

This role offers full- and part-time benefits from day one, including tool program discounts and ASE certifications support. Pay range listed is $12.54–$18.81 per hour with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Experience in automotive service industry preferred.
• Reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn how to diagnose and repair basic automotive including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical.
• Change oil and/or perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Install and perform tire maintenance.
• Install batteries, shock absorbers, and check electrical systems.
• Road test vehicles.
