Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) in Tucson, AZ, is hiring a Maintenance Technician to join a team servicing vehicles. This entry-level role offers full and part-time benefits from day one, a tool program, and a pay range of $13.20–$19.80 per hour.

You will learn to diagnose and repair basic automotive systems, perform oil changes, tire maintenance, battery and suspension checks, and road test vehicles. Prior automotive service experience is welcome, and a valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times.
• Experience in automotive service industry preferred.
• Reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn how to diagnose and repair basic automotive systems, including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical.
• Change oil and/or perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Install and perform tire maintenance.
• Install batteries, shock absorbers, and check electrical systems.
• Road test vehicles.
