Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is looking for an entry-level Maintenance Technician to join a dynamic team servicing vehicles at our stores. The role includes diagnosing basic automotive issues, performing oil changes, tire maintenance, and electrical inspections, with on-the-job training and benefits starting on day one.

We value reliable, safety-minded teammates with a valid driver's license and a willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• Learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Experience in automotive service industry preferred.
• Reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn how to diagnose and repair basic automotive including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical.
• Change oil and/or perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Install and perform tire maintenance.
• Install batteries, shock absorbers, and check electrical systems.
• Road test vehicles.
