Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is looking for a Maintenance Technician to join a dynamic team servicing vehicles. This entry‑level position offers full and part‑time benefits from day one, including a tool program and a pay range of $13.61 to $21.27 per hour, with fair compensation alignment to minimum wage and above.

Learn to diagnose, repair, and maintain brakes, suspensions, electrical systems, and more, while growing professionally in a supported environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Experience in automotive service industry preferred.
• Reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn how to diagnose and repair basic automotive including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical.
• Change oil and/or perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Install and perform tire maintenance.
• Install batteries, shock absorbers, and check electrical systems.
• Road test vehicles.
