Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking an entry-level Maintenance Technician to join a team that services vehicles in Monroe, MI. You will diagnose and repair basic automotive systems, perform oil changes, tire maintenance, and road test vehicles to ensure safety and reliability.

Qualifications

• Learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Experience in automotive service industry preferred.
• Reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair basic automotive systems such as brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical.
• Perform oil changes and scheduled maintenance.
• Install and perform tire maintenance.
• Install batteries and shock absorbers, and check electrical systems.
• Road test vehicles.
