Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking an entry-level Maintenance Technician to join a robust team servicing vehicles. The role involves diagnosing and repairing basic automotive systems, performing routine maintenance, tire work, and road testing vehicles, with a pay range of $12.54 - $18.81 per hour.

Qualifications

Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
Must have a valid automobile driver’s license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
Experience in automotive service industry preferred.
Reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsibilities

Learn how to diagnose and repair basic automotive including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical.
Change oil and/or perform scheduled maintenance services.
Install and perform tire maintenance.
Install batteries, shock absorbers, and check electrical systems.
Road test vehicles.
