Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join the Firestone Complete Auto Care team. This entry-level role supports vehicle service and routine maintenance with full- and part-time benefits from day one.

You will learn brakes, alignments, tire care, oil changes, and electrical checks while working with a collaborative crew. The position offers training, growth, and a supportive environment within a nationwide automotive network.

Qualifications

• Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Valid driver's license at all times
• Reading, writing and math skills required

Responsibilities

• Learn to diagnose and repair basic automotive systems (brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, electrical)
• Perform oil changes and scheduled maintenance
• Install and perform tire maintenance
• Install batteries and shock absorbers and check electrical systems
• Road test vehicles
