Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join the Firestone Complete Auto Care team in Exton, PA. This entry-level role supports a busy service team, with opportunities to learn brakes, alignments, tires and routine maintenance while earning competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Experience in automotive service industry preferred.
• Reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair basic automotive systems (brakes, alignments, suspensions).
• Change oil and perform scheduled maintenance.
• Install and maintain tires.
• Install batteries and check electrical systems.
• Road test vehicles.
