Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is hiring for a Maintenance Technician at Firestone Complete Auto Care. The role is entry-level with full and part-time benefits from day one, including a tool program discount.

Pay ranges from $14.52 to $21.78 per hour, with Bridgestone committing to fair compensation. Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing basic automotive systems, performing oil changes, tire maintenance, and road testing vehicles.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Experience in automotive service preferred.
• Reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair basic automotive systems including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical.
• Perform oil changes and scheduled maintenance.
• Install and perform tire maintenance.
• Install batteries and shock absorbers and check electrical systems.
• Road test vehicles.
