Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) in Minnesota is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join Firestone Complete Auto Care. This entry-level role supports a strong team and offers full and part-time benefits from day one, plus tool program discounts.

You will diagnose and repair basic automotive systems, perform tire maintenance, and road-test vehicles. We value safety, continuous learning, and teamwork.

Qualifications

  • Learn basic mechanical tasks.
  • Must have a valid driver's license at all times.
  • Experience in automotive service preferred.
  • Reading, writing and math skills required.

Responsibilities

  • Learn how to diagnose and repair basic automotive including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical.
  • Change oil and/or perform scheduled maintenance services.
  • Install and perform tire maintenance.
  • Install batteries, shock absorbers, and check electrical systems.
  • Road test vehicles.
