Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join the Firestone Complete Auto Care team in a start-to-career role, performing basic vehicle diagnostics and routine maintenance. This entry-level position offers benefits from day one and opportunities for ASE certification.

Pay starts at a rate within the stated range, with full and part-time options and a strong focus on training, safety, and customer service in a busy automotive service environment.

Qualifications

  • Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
  • Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
  • Experience in automotive service industry preferred.
  • Reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsibilities

  • Learn how to diagnose and repair basic automotive including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical.
  • Change oil and/or perform scheduled maintenance services.
  • Install and perform tire maintenance.
  • Install batteries, shock absorbers, and check electrical systems.
  • Road test vehicles.
