Job summary

Just Tires, a Goodyear company, is hiring an Entry Level Automotive Technician to gain hands-on experience in our auto service centers while delivering outstanding guest service. You will learn basic services such as mounting and balancing tires, oil changes, and preventative maintenance.

No prior experience is required; we provide training, a fun fast-paced environment, competitive base pay, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical plans, 401(k), and paid vacations.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and be at least 18 years of age.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Ability to review, analyze, and interpret information, identify problems, and make decisions.
• Commitment to following established safety policies and procedures.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous automotive preventative maintenance experience or training.

Responsibilities

• Learn to complete basic automotive services like mounting and balancing tires, oil changes, and other maintenance tasks.
• Train with mid and senior level technicians to expand service capabilities.
• Demonstrate excellent guest service with clear communication and feedback about guest vehicles.
• Promote teamwork to meet guest expectations and safety standards.
• Maintain adherence to company vehicle care policies and procedures.
• Perform manual tasks including lifting and handling tires and wheels as part of daily duties.

Shift Information:

Depending on location, our stores may be open 7 days a week, which may include weekends and some holidays
