The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company is hiring an Entry Level Automotive Technician in the United States. You will gain hands-on experience in one of Goodyear's Auto Service centers by learning to perform basic automotive services while delivering outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Ability to review, analyze and interpret information and make decisions.
• Willingness to learn new automotive technologies and safety policies.
• Commitment to following established safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Learn to mount and balance tires, perform oil changes and preventative maintenance.
• Provide excellent guest service and clear communication with customers.
• Work with technicians to learn a variety of automotive services.
• Support safety and policy compliance in all tasks.
• Handle light to heavy lifting and physical tasks as needed.
