Job summary

The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company is seeking an entry level Automotive Technician to gain hands-on experience in Goodyear Auto Service centers across the country. You will learn to perform basic automotive services while delivering outstanding service.

No experience is required for this position; you will be trained in needed skills and steps to start your Goodyear career with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and be at least 18 years of age.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Learn to perform basic automotive services such as mounting and balancing tires, oil changes, and simple maintenance.
• Train with mid and senior automotive technicians to expand service skills.
• Demonstrate guest service with clear communication and feedback about vehicles.
• Promote teamwork to meet guest expectations and adhere to safety policies.
• Perform manual tasks for extended periods, including lifting and handling tires and wheels.
