The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company is seeking an Entry Level Automotive Technician in the United States. In our Auto Service centers you will gain hands-on experience learning to mount and balance tires, perform oil changes, and conduct basic preventative maintenance while delivering outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and be at least 18 years of age.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Ability to review, analyze, and interpret information, identify problems, and make decisions.

Responsibilities

• Learn to mount and balance tires, perform oil changes, and conduct basic preventative maintenance.
• Train with mid and senior automotive technicians to learn additional services.
• Demonstrate excellent guest service, including clear communication with guests about their vehicles.
• Promote teamwork to deliver on guest expectations.
• Maintain adherence to company policy on vehicle care and operation.
