Goodyear's Just Tires unit is seeking an entry-level Automotive Technician to gain hands-on experience in service centers. You will learn basic services and tire work while delivering exceptional guest service in a fast-paced environment.

Starting pay ranges with training provided; benefits include medical, 401(k), and discounts. This role requires a valid license, 18+, and legal work status in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and be at least 18 years old.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Previous automotive preventative maintenance experience or formal automotive training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Learn basic automotive services like mounting and balancing tires, oil changes, and maintenance.
• Train with mid and senior automotive technicians to learn additional services.
• Demonstrate excellent guest service with clear communication and feedback about vehicles.
• Promote teamwork to meet guest expectations and adhere to safety policies.
