Job summary

Goodyear's Just Tires division is hiring an Entry Level Automotive Technician to gain hands-on experience in one of our Auto Service centers, learning basic automotive services while delivering outstanding service.

No experience required; you will be trained. We offer a fast-paced environment, competitive pay ($15-$17/hr) and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, 401(k), life insurance, tuition assistance, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and be at least 18 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Ability to review, analyze, and interpret information, identify problems, and make decisions.
• Commitment to learning new technologies within the automotive industry.
• Commitment to following established safety policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Learn basic automotive services like mounting and balancing tires, oil changes, and filter replacements.
• Train with mid and senior technicians to learn additional services.
• Demonstrate excellent guest service with clear communication and feedback on vehicles.
• Promote teamwork to deliver on guest expectations.
• Perform a variety of manual tasks with lifting and standing for extended periods.
