Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and be at least 18 years of age.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future.
• Commitment to following established safety policies and procedures.
• Preferred: High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Mounting and balancing tires, tire repairs, oil changes, filters replacements, and related basic services.
• Train with mid and senior level automotive technicians to learn additional services.
• Provide clear guest communication and feedback about guest vehicles.
• Promote teamwork to meet guest expectations.
• Maintain adherence to company policies on vehicle care and operation.
• Perform a variety of manual tasks including lifting and handling tires and wheels.
