Job summary

The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company is hiring an Entry Level Automotive Technician to gain hands-on experience at one of Goodyear's Auto Service centers. Training will cover basic automotive services with a focus on customer service and quality work.

You will learn tire mounting/balancing, oil changes, and preventive maintenance while delivering outstanding service in a fast-paced environment. No prior experience required; drivers license and legal work authorization in the U.S. are needed.

Qualifications

• No experience required; extensive training provided.
• A valid driver's license and being at least 18 years old are required.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future.
• Experience in automotive maintenance or training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Mount and balance tires and perform tire repairs.
• Conduct oil changes and basic maintenance tasks.
• Learn from mid and senior technicians and perform assigned duties.
• Provide clear communication and friendly guest service.
• Follow safety policies and maintain vehicle care standards.
