Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and be at least 18.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred

Responsibilities

• Gain hands‑on experience in Goodyear Auto Service centers.
• Train with technicians to mount and balance tires, oil changes, and preventive maintenance.
• Demonstrate guest service with clear communication and vehicle feedback.
