Jiffy Lube International in Marksville, LA is seeking a General Service Technician to service guests' vehicles and deliver quality work in a fast-paced shop environment.

Qualifications

• At least 3 months of customer-facing experience (retail, food service, hospitality, etc.).
• Must be 18 years or older and legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions and procedures.
• Effective communication skills to interact with guests and teammates.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work as part of a team.
• Able to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform manual tasks.

Responsibilities

• Promote teamwork to deliver on-time, accurate guest care during all hours.
• Provide excellent guest service with clear communication about vehicles.
• Keep the service center clean and presentable.
• Inspect and service vehicles, including oil checks and tire pressure.
• Document all work performed on repair orders and report safety issues.
• Follow safety policies and procedures; assist with lifting and repetitive tasks.
• Mentor junior and mid-level technicians as needed.
