Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 months of customer facing experience (e.g., retail, food service, hospitality).
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills; dependable and detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional servicing of guests' vehicles to ensure quality work and guest satisfaction.
• Promote teamwork to deliver on-time, accurate guest care during all operating hours.
• Keep the service center clean and presentable and follow safety protocols.
• Assist in mentoring junior team members and report safety issues to management.
• Document all work performed on repair orders and ensure proper parts handling.
