Team Car Care Dba Jiffy Lube is hiring a General Service Technician to service guest vehicles and deliver quality work. You will advance through our training program to gain certification and build a rewarding automotive career. Entry-level position with growth opportunities and comprehensive benefits.

The role emphasizes teamwork, guest service, and maintaining a clean service center with a focus on safety and quality. Flexible schedule available, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 months of customer facing experience (retail, food service, hospitality, etc.).
• Be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Strong reading comprehension for safety rules, operating instructions and procedures.
• Demonstrates responsibility, reliability, and a positive attitude.
• Physically able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Promote teamwork to deliver on time and accurate guest care during all operating hours.
• Provide clear communication and feedback about guest vehicles to guests and teammates.
• Keep the service center clean and presentable at all times.
• Mentor junior and mid-level automotive technicians.
• Check oil levels and communicate results to the team.
• Ensure proper tire pressure and fluid levels; complete vehicle inspections.
• Install oil drain plugs and filters; service fittings as needed.
• Document all work performed on repair orders and report safety issues.
