Qualifications

• At least 3 months of customer-facing experience (retail, food service, hospitality, etc.).
• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Promote teamwork to deliver on-time, accurate guest care during operating hours.
• Provide clear communication and feedback about guest vehicles.
• Maintain a clean, presentable service center and follow safety protocols.
• Assist in mentoring junior technicians and documenting work performed.
