Jiffy Lube International in Overland Park, KS is hiring a General Service Technician in a full-time role. You will service guest vehicles, learn via a formal training program, and earn certification while advancing your automotive skills.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 months of customer-facing experience (i.e. retail, food service, hospitality, etc.).
• Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship, now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional servicing of guest vehicles to ensure quality work and guest experience.
• Participate in training program to receive certification and build expertise for offered services.
• Promote teamwork to deliver on time and accurate guest care during all operating hours.
• Maintain clean and presentable service center and document all work performed on repair orders.
• Assist junior/mid-level technicians with guidance and mentoring.
