Team Car Care Dba Jiffy Lube in Lake Stevens, WA is seeking a General Service Technician to service guests' vehicles and ensure high quality workmanship through our training program.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 months of customer facing experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedures
• Effective communication and teamwork with guests and teammates
• Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods

Responsibilities

• Promote teamwork to deliver on time and accurate guest care during operating hours
• Provide clear communication about guest vehicles and expectations
• Ensure the service center remains clean and presentable
• Guide and mentor junior automotive technicians where applicable
• Check oil levels, tire pressures and fluid levels as needed
• Document all work on repair orders and report safety issues
• Perform manual tasks including lifting and bending as required
