You will certify skills through our training program and contribute to high-quality guest experiences while maintaining a clean, safe service center and accurate documentation of work performed.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 months of customer facing experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• Previous experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedures.
• Effective communication with guests and teammates.
• Strong work ethic, dependable and a team player.

Responsibilities

• Promote teamwork to deliver on-time guest care during all hours.
• Provide excellent guest service with clear communication about vehicles.
• Keep the service center clean and presentable.
• Mentor junior and mid-level technicians.
• Check and communicate oil levels to teammates.
• Ensure proper tire pressure and inflation.
• Inspect and document vehicle service on repair orders.
