Job summary

Jiffy Lube International is hiring a General Service Technician in Fife, WA to service guests’ vehicles and deliver top-tier guest care. The entry-level role includes a formal training program, certification path, and opportunities for advancement within Team Car Care.

You will work on-site, with a focus on safety, accuracy, and efficiency while supporting teammates. Ideal candidates have at least 3 months of customer-facing work, are 18+, and can read safety rules and instructions.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 months of customer facing experience (i.e. retail, food service, hospitality, etc.).
• Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.

Responsibilities

• Service guests' vehicles to ensure quality work and guest experience.
• Participate in training and certification programs for offered services.
• Check and communicate oil level to teammates; ensure tire pressure for proper inflation.
• Inspect and refill fluid levels; complete vehicle inspection and document work performed.
• Install oil drain plug and oil filter; perform related maintenance tasks.
• Report safety issues immediately and adhere to company policies.
