Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 months of customer-facing experience in retail, service, or hospitality.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and instructions.
• Strong work ethic, dependable and a team player.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, professional service to guests and communicate vehicle needs clearly.
• Promote teamwork to ensure on-time, accurate guest care during all hours.
• Keep the service area clean and presentable at all times.
• Mentor junior technicians and share knowledge as needed.
• Check oil levels and communicate status to teammates.
• Ensure correct tire pressure and fuel/fluids levels.
• Perform vehicle inspections and document work performed.
