JIFFY LUBE in Kirkland, WA is seeking a General Service Technician to join our team. This entry-level position trains on-site to service guests' vehicles with quality workmanship and a focus on superior guest experience.

You will receive hands-on training and certification through our program, with benefits including 401K, medical insurance, paid uniforms, and regular bonuses. This role requires at least 18 years old and physical ability to perform duties in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 months of customer facing experience (i.e. retail, food service, hospitality)
• Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and operating instructions
• Effective communication skills with guests and teammates
• Strong work ethic, dependable, and a team player
• Physically able to stand, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform manual tasks

Responsibilities

• Provide professional servicing of guest vehicles to ensure quality workmanship and guest satisfaction
• Promote teamwork to deliver timely and accurate guest care
• Maintain a clean and presentable service center
• Document all work performed on the repair order and communicate findings to teammates
