Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 months of customer facing experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and manuals.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and some holidays.
• Willingness to work in varying temperatures, loud environments, and around exhaust fumes.

Responsibilities

• Professionally service guests' vehicles to ensure quality work and guest satisfaction.
• Perform basic automotive service tasks as trained and communicate findings clearly.
• Document all work performed on the repair order.
• Maintain a clean and presentable service center area.
• Provide guidance to junior technicians as needed.
