Team Car Care Dba Jiffy Lube is hiring a General Service Technician in Pasadena, CA. The entry-level GST will service guest vehicles with emphasis on quality work and guest satisfaction, supported by formal training to earn service certifications.

You will learn all offered services, work with a team, and advance through our training program toward certifications, with opportunities for growth and comprehensive benefits. This on-site role requires a strong work ethic and attention to safety.

Competenze

• Must have at least 3 months of customer facing experience (retail, food service, hospitality, etc.).
• Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Previous experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Effective communication skills to interact with guests and teammates.
• Demonstrates responsibility, attention to detail, and the ability to follow procedures.

Mansioni

• Promote teamwork to deliver on time and accurate guest care during all operating hours.
• Demonstrate excellent guest service with clear communication about guest vehicles.
• Ensure the service center is clean and presentable.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to junior and mid-level automotive technicians.
• Check and communicate oil level to teammates.
• Ensure tire pressure for proper inflation.
• Inspect and refill fluid levels as necessary.
• Complete vehicle inspections.
• Install a new oil drain plug and a new oil filter.
• Clean and lubricate fittings as needed.
• Document all work performed on the repair order.
• Report any safety issues to management immediately.
• Maintain adherence to company policy on vehicle care and operation.
• Perform various manual tasks for extended periods.
