Team Car Care Dba Jiffy Lube in Henderson, NV is hiring a General Service Technician (GST) in an entry-level role. You will service guest vehicles, learn through our training program, and gain certification across offered services.

This position emphasizes teamwork, customer care, and adherence to safety standards. The role requires at least 3 months of customer-facing experience and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 months of customer facing experience (i.e. retail, food service, hospitality, etc.)
• Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals
• Effective communication skills to interact with guests and teammates.
• Physically able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform bending/squatting

Responsibilities

• Promote teamwork to deliver on time and accurate guest care during all operating hours
• Demonstrate excellent guest service, including clear communication about guest vehicles
• Ensure the service center is clean and presentable
• Provide guidance and mentoring to junior and mid-level automotive technicians
• Check oil level and communicate with teammates
• Ensure tire pressure for proper inflation
• Inspect and refill fluid levels as necessary
• Complete vehicle inspections
• Document all work on repair orders
• Report safety issues to management
• Follow safety protocols and company policies
• Perform various manual tasks including lifting and standing for long periods
