Qualifications

• Reliability, safety-focused and mechanically inclined.
• Willingness to learn basic automotive maintenance and repair processes.
• Ability to follow written procedures and safety standards.
• Ability to work with technicians, service advisors, and store leaders.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Perform tire services, including mounting, dismounting, balancing, and rotations.
• Perform oil changes and basic maintenance, including fluids, wipers, bulbs, batteries, and air and cabin filters.
• Complete Digital Vehicle Inspections and repair order documentation accurately and thoroughly.
• Identify safety-related issues and communicate findings through the proper store channels.
• Conduct State Safety and Emission Inspections, where applicable, in line with guidelines.
• Keep customer vehicles, shop, service area, and showroom clean and customer-ready.
• Transport customers and pick up parts, tires, and supplies using company or customer vehicles as directed.
• Follow safety procedures and PPE requirements; report hazards to supervisor.
• Work with technicians and service advisors; participate in training and development.
• Maintain flexible schedule, including weekends as needed; perform other duties as assigned.
