Qualifications

• The right candidate is safety-focused and mechanically inclined.
• Willingness to learn basic automotive maintenance and repair processes.
• Ability to follow written procedures, safety standards, and store processes.
• Ability to work collaboratively with technicians, service advisors, and store leaders.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Perform tire services including mounting, dismounting, balancing, and rotations.
• Perform oil changes and basic maintenance (fluids, wipers, bulbs, batteries, filters).
• Complete Digital Vehicle Inspections and document repair orders accurately.
• Identify safety-related issues and communicate findings through proper channels.
• Conduct State Safety and Emission Inspections, where applicable and supervised.
• Keep vehicles, shop, and showrooms clean and ready for customers.
• Transport customers and parts using company or customer vehicles as directed.
• Follow safety procedures and wear PPE; report hazards.
• Collaborate with technicians and service advisors; participate in training.
• Maintain flexible schedule including weekends; perform other duties as assigned.
