You will gain hands-on experience, learn standardized procedures, and progress toward increasingly advanced technician roles through paid training and mentorship from seasoned professionals.

Qualifications

• Must be reliable, safety-focused, mechanically inclined and eager to learn.
• Able to follow procedures, safety standards, and store processes.
• Must have valid driver’s license and be able to pass MVR check.

Responsibilities

• Perform tire services: mounting, dismounting, balancing, rotations.
• Perform oil changes and basic maintenance (fluids, wipers, bulbs, batteries, filters).
• Complete Digital Vehicle Inspections and document repair orders accurately.
• Identify safety issues and communicate findings through proper channels.
• Conduct State Safety and Emission Inspections where applicable under supervision.
• Keep shop and customer areas clean and presentable.
• Transport customers and pick up parts as directed.
• Follow safety procedures and use PPE; report hazards.
